PROSPECTUS AND STATUTE

Before any investment in the fund, all potential investors are obliged to get acquainted with the fund Statute and Prospectus.

These documents are defining the terms and conditions under which KB Invest AD Skopje will manage the fund assets. The Prospectus contains detail information about the investment strategy, potential risk of the investments, and all expenses related with the process of managing the fund assets. Every potential investor before making an investment decision is obliged to read the provisions from the fund Statute and Prospectus in order to have clear idea about the types of investments, as well as associated risks.

The Fund Statute and Prospectus are approved by the Security and Exchange Commission of the Republic of Macedonia.

REGISTRATION

The investors can submit Registration and Request for buying shares each working day, together with all necessary documents attached to the Request. The Registration and Request is filled in a special form prepared by the Company. The Registration is submitted only once, with the first registration of the investor. The form can be obtained directly in the Company’s business premises, internet site, as well as entire branch network of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje.

If the client submitting the Registration and Request for buying shares is a physical person, then he/she should present a document for personal identification (ID or passport). If the client submitting the Registration and Request for buying shares is legal entity, then according to the legal rules and regulations a document of the legal status should be presented, such as current registration or other document issued by competent authority.

REQUEST FOR BUYING

Request for buying shares is being submitted every time when the client invests money in the fund. The sale of shares (the process of conversion of money into shares) occurs when the Request is being submitted (in the case when the amount is already paid), or when the payment is realized (in the case when the Request has already been submitted). If the client makes payment but without submitting the Request for buying shares, or submits a Request for buying shares but without making any payment, his/her request will not be realized until he/she submits a Request for buying shares, or until he/she pays the necessary amount.

The investors can personally submit their Request for buying shares in funds managed by KB Invest AD Skopje in our business premises or entire branch network of Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje. Before making an investment, and for purpose of better information, all potential investors should read the Statute and Prospectus of the Fund in which they want to invest in.

REQUEST FOR BUYOUT

The investors can personally submit their Request for buyout of shares in our business premises every working day.

If you submit a Request for buyout of shares it is necessary to present a document for personal identification (ID card or passport).

REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE OF SHARES

Owners of shares may exchange shares from one fund to another managed by the Company by submitting a Request for Exchange of Shares. In this case, an entry fee is charged in accordance with the applicable terms and conditions of the new fund, reduced by the amount already charged as entry fee in the fund from which the shares are exchanged. When exchanging shares from one fund to another, the Company shall not charge an exit fee.

If you are submitting a Request for Exchange of Shares, you must submit a personal identification document (identity card or passport).
