Irena Zhivkovikj Zareva graduated in 1994 at the Faculty of Law at the University Ss. Cyril and Methodius in Skopje. In 2005 she passed the bar exam. From 1995 until 2003 she works in the Ministry of Finance, first as a Legal Advisor in the Department of International Finance, and later as an Advisor to the Minister of Finance. Since 2003 she has been working in Komercijalna Banka AD Skopje for several months as a Coordinator in the Legal Affairs Sector, and from 2004 until today as a Director of the Management and Information Directorate.
Vladimir Jančič has been a vital part of Publikum since he joined in 2003 as Member of the Board responsible for M&A operations where he actively participated in all company’s numerous M&A projects. His previous positions include work in investment banking positions in Banka Koper d.d. (presently Intesa SanPaolo bank d.d.), Slovenian leading bank Nova Ljubljanska banka d.d. and CFO position in Petrol d.d. Vlado is currently CEO of Publikum Korpfin d.o.o. and president of the management board of Alta Skupina. Vlado has broad experience in team leadership, transaction finance and investment banking.
Maja Nikolovska was born on March 5, 1988 in Skopje. In 2009 she graduated at the "American College" University in Skopje, Department of Management. In 2011 she received a Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) at the London School of Business and Finance in London. Meanwhile, she has gained experience in Incisive Media and Third Door Recruitment in London. From the beginning of 2012 to the middle of 2014 she worked as an associate in a representative office of well-known multinational pharmaceutical companies - PharmaSwiss from Switzerland. Since 2014 she is working as a Business development manager for pharmacy in Promedika DOOEL Skopje.
Goran Markovski was born on 10.10.1975 in Skopje. He graduated in 1999 at the Faculty of Economics in Skopje, department for financial management and accounting. In 2002 he obtained a Master degree at the same faculty, on subject “Investment funds and their perspectives in the Republic of Macedonia”. Since 2006 he holds a CFA certificate, and also he has a license for portfolio manager issued by the Serbian Securities and Exchange Commission. In 2008 he obtained license for investment advisor issued by the Macedonian Securities and Exchange Commission. From 1999 until 2002 he works in Komercialna banka AD Skopje as a customer relationship officer while from 2002 until 2005 works as a financial analyst in KB Broker. From 2005 until 2008 he works as a manager of custody department. In 2007 he works in Fokusinvest AD Belgrad as a portfolio manager. In 2008 he works as manager of securities department.He is member of Supervisory Board at Silk Roud Bank AD Skopje and Granit AD Skopje.
Andrej Pulejkov was born on 06.11.1975 in Skopje. In 2005, he completes the integrated studies at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration at Maastricht University, the Netherlands, and obtains a Master’s degree in economics. Within the integrated studies, he completes the program for European Management at the Rouen Business School in Rouen, France. Since the beginning of 2005 until mid-2006, he works as a financial analyst at DFE partners AG, a private equity fund management company in Switzerland. Since 2007 he has been teaching economics and finance related courses at two institutions for higher education in Macedonia. During 2007-2008, he works on several projects financed by international donators. In 2008 he obtains an Investment Adviser license issued by the Securities and Exchange Commission, Macedonia. From 2009 onwards, he works as a portfolio manager at Investment Funds Management Company KB Publikum Invest AD Skopje.
