COMPLETITION OF PUBLIC OFFER FOR SUBSCRIPTION OF SHARES IN KB PUBLIKUM – Akcii

The fund management company, KB Publikum invest AD Skopje informs that the public offer for subscription of shares in open-end investment fund KB Publikum – Akcii ended successfully on 1^st of April 2021. During the period from 12^th of March 2021 until 1^st of April 2021, 59.572.364,00 MKD were paid in (or 967.682,35 EUR at middle exchange rate of the NBRSM) and all necessary requirements for starting with operating activities of the fund were fulfilled.

Regular calculation of fund net asset value and the price of single share starts from 2^nd of April 2021. The sale of shares in the open-end investment fund KB Publikum – Akcii continues after the closing of the public offer, at a price which is determined according to the methodology for valuation of the fund assets and the value of single share formulated by the Securities and Exchange Commission of the R of N. Macedonia.
